SMSF Residential “Off the Plan” Purchase
A new to First Point Group client wanted to purchase an Off the Plan Residential Investment Property/Apartment using their Superannuation Fund (SMSF) – Contracts were signed in 2017
There is a very limited finance market for Self Managed Super Funds now, and the property market had fallen in value since the client had signed the Contract some years earlier
With our expansive accreditations we were able to locate an SMSF Lender to fund the purchase to a maximum possible LVR, and the client was able to “top up” their SMSF equity/cash contribution towards the purchase to allow the purchase to settle. Our client was very happy with the outcome considering the challenges faced.
