Assisting a Client with Property Sale and Discharge of Loan

An existing Client had successfully sold his home, but was under pressure to meet the proposed settlement date.

Challenges Faced

During the COVID pandemic the turnaround time frames for all areas of finance, including the settlement/release of property, were significantly affected.  As a result, settlement was not going to proceed on time.

Outcome

Using our network of banking contacts we were able to influence the Lender to ensure they were ready for settlement on time.

Our Client and his Accountants were very happy and relieved with the outcome.
