I recently purchased my first property with Steven at First Point. I honestly could not recommend Steven and Fist Point more. I had no idea what I was doing and felt very much out of my depth and overwhelmed at times. Steven was fantastic! He was kind, caring, knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was asking a silly question. I absolutely recommend Ross and his team to everyone I possibly can! After another broker basically blew me off due to my situation being “too hard” and probably not financially worth their while, I was hesitant to try another broker. I was completely blown away how hard Ross worked for me, given I am older and didn’t exactly have a straightforward situation financially, and I was only looking for a one bedroom apartment. He literally bent over backwards to find me a solution. I will forever be grateful he did this for me, as it’s completely changed my life and future security, that I was starting to think wasn’t possible. First Point Group is alway my first port of call when we are looking for a home loan to buy an investment properties or new house. We have used Simon for well over 12 years and he always does an amazing job finding us the best loan and it is always a cheaper rate than the banks advertised ones! We honestly can’t thank the team at First Point Group enough for helping us buy our first home. Ross and Iria were incredible throughout the whole process. We had a really quick turnaround leading into auction and they worked hard behind the scenes to get everything sorted in time. As first home buyers, there were definitely moments where things felt overwhelming, but they always made us feel informed, supported and like everything was under control. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine they both were. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they were always happy to answer questions or jump on a call when we needed reassurance (and we called them a lot).... In the end, they helped us secure a home we honestly didn’t think we’d be able to get and we’re extremely grateful for all the work they put in to make it happen. We couldn’t be happier with the service both Ross and Iria have given us over the course of our home buying journey. The process of applying for a home loan was certainly one of the most daunting things we’ve ever undertaken and we’re so glad we chose First Point Group as our broker. From day one speaking with Ross it all just seemed easier and made achieving our goal of buying our first home possible. From day 1 to settlement both Ross and Iria were there for us, keeping us well informed and explaining the things that we were unsure about in a language that we could understand. I was recommended by two different people, I couldn't speak highly enough of Ross, Tim and the rest of the team.
