How we helped a client renew their business facilities, with their current lender

We received a call from a new Customer, after our services were recommended by the Customer’s Accountant. The customer had a Business Loan that was approaching maturity / expiry, and they wanted to ensure they were being offered a competitive deal by their Bank/Lender.

Challenges Faced

Both the Customer and the Accountant were concerned that the interest rate being offered might be uncompetitive for the renewal.

The Customer’s preference was to remain with the same Lender, if possible.

Unfortunately, the Lender was unresponsive to the Customer’s attempts to discuss the matter.

Outcome

By having access to, and regular contact with all the mainstream Commercial Lenders in the market, our expert Consultant was able to discuss all of the available options with the Customer.

We then made direct contact with the Customer’s Lender,  and we successfully negotiated a significantly more competitive interest rate and terms on the Customer’s behalf.

We facilitated the renewal process, saving the Customer time and money.
