Background

Recently one of our customers incurred additional interest costs when their Lender failed to respond to a request for transferring significant cash funds from their bank account into their loan.

Challenges Faced

Our customer encountered a challenging situation where they had made a request for their Lender to debit an additional repayment from their account, and the transfer was never processed.  As a result, the clients incurred additional unexpected interest charges.

Our Consultants were asked to help find a contact within the Lender to help resolve the issue and convince the Lender to rebate the additional interest costs.

Outcome

Our Consultants promptly contacted the relevant department within the Bank/Lender.  We made sure that the Lender diligently reviewed the situation and rectified the miscalculated interest charges, ensuring the appropriate reimbursement was made to our customer.
